Synergie is seeking a Machine Operator for a  leading provider of high-quality steel reinforcement products and services located in Pooraka.

With a reputation for reliability and excellence, they serve the construction and infrastructure sectors, supplying reinforced steel, mesh, and related accessories. Due to an increase in production, we are currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers/Yard Persons to join their motivated team.

What's in it for you:

  • Day shift pay rate – $44.20 per hr including casual loading

  • Afternoon shift pay rate – $50.53 per hr including casual loading

  • Night shift pay rate – $57.46 per hr including casual loading

  • Temp to perm 

  • Ongoing sustainable work with consistent hours (Day, Afternoon & Night shifts available, Monday to Friday)

Duties to include, however not limited to

  • Safe operation of machinery (full training provided)
  • Manual handling, as required (lifting aids available)
  • Effectively communicate with other team members.
  • General housekeeping.
  • Adherence to all safety polices & procedures.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience with machine operating in steel industry.
  • Those who have prior exposure to operating overhead cranes are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Hold a valid Forklift License. (Advantageous, not essential)
  • Confident with manual handling.
  • Exceptional attitude towards work and taking directions.
