Synergie Australia is recruiting for an experienced HR Driver to join a well-established team based on the Gold Coast. This is an ongoing role for someone who is reliable behind the wheel, safety-focused, and ready to get involved in hands-on site work.

 

The important parts:

  • Shifts: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday with potential overtime
  • Pay rate: $40–$48 per hour + super, paid weekly
  • Start: Immediate start for the right candidate

 

What you will be required to do:

  • You will be responsible for operating HR vehicles and supporting civil site works while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
  • Operate machinery utilising a current HR licence
  • Support site works with general civil labouring as required
  • Complete pre-start checks and basic machinery maintenance
  • Follow site safety procedures and meet project timelines
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members

 

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Have previous experience operating HR trucks or similar machinery on civil sites
  • Hold a valid White Card
  • Hold a Certificate III in Civil Construction (highly regarded)
  • Be reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Be physically fit and willing to assist with manual site work
  • Have full Australian working rights
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety and following directions on site
