Synergie is seeking Boilermaker / Welders for a well-established company specialising in high-quality agricultural equipment and components. located in Wingfield.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG welding on mild steel components
  • Fabricate and assemble agricultural equipment
  • Read and interpret technical drawings
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven welding and fabrication experience
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Overhead crane experience (preferred but not essential)

Shift Details:

  • Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am – 12:00pm
  • Afternoon Shift: Monday – Thursday 2:30pm – 11:00pm, Friday 12:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Must be available for training on Day Shift

Pay Rates & Benefits:

  • Casual Pay Rate: Day Shift: $36 – $40 per hour, with possible higher rates for highly experienced candidates
  • Afternoon Shift Pay Rates: $41.40 – $46 per hour, with possible higher rates for highly experienced candidates
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • Stable, long-term employment with potential for permanency
