Trades Assistant

Synergie is seeking a Trade Assistant for a client specialising in the production of high-quality agricultural equipment and component, located in wingfield.

You will be working on Day Shift with and the chance to secure a long-term role in a clean, modern workshop.

Shift Details:

  • Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am – 12:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $32+ per hour (depending on experience)

Duties include:

  • Cutting steel to size using various tools
  • Punching holes and assisting in fabrication work
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • General trade assistant duties to support the production team
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
  • Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings (essential)
  • Competent with hand and power tools
  • Physically fit, reliable, and a team player
  • Forklift license is an advantage (not essential)
