Synergie is seeking Recycling Sorters for a leading waste management company located in Eastern Creek

The important parts:

  • Day and Afternoon Shift available 
    • Day shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm
    • Afternoon shift: 4:00pm – 12:00am
  • Pay rate: 
    • Day shift: $36.70ph
    • Afternoon shift: $36.70 + $5.14 (afternoon shift allowance) 

Looking for someone to start immediately – Must be available to work 6 days per week 

What you will be required to do:

This role involves hands-on sorting of waste and recyclable materials in a busy facility. The environment can be dusty, noisy, and physically demanding, and requires a strong focus on safety and attention to detail.

  • Sort contamination from a fast-moving conveyor line (repetitive and fast-paced work)

  • Clean work areas and outdoor spaces as required

  • Perform waste audits and provide accurate reports for local council reps and clients

  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Be comfortable working in a loud, dusty, and repetitive environment

  • Be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

  • Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

  • Have full working rights in Australia

  • Have access to reliable transport and the ability to get to Eastern Creek

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
