Synergie is seeking a Recycling Operator for an industry-leading waste management company located in Greenacre.

 

The important parts:

Shift: Day shift – Monday to Friday

Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay rate: $35.83 per hour

Start Date: Immediate start available – long-term opportunity!

 

What you will be required to do:

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who is mechanically minded, safety-conscious, and experienced with mobile plant equipment.

  • Operate forklifts and front-end loaders to move materials and assist processing

  • Process recyclable fiber and plastic for compaction

  • Load and unload trucks and shipping containers

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Perform basic routine maintenance on equipment

 

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Hold a valid Forklift Licence – Essential

  • Have front-end loader experience (or the willingness to learn) – Desirable

  • Be comfortable using computers at a basic level – Desirable

  • Be committed to following all safety protocols

  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Have full working rights in Australia

  • Have access to reliable transport to get to site
