Synergie Australia is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer for a leading organisation in the healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution industry located in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage debtor accounts and ensure payments are received within agreed terms.

• Process receipts, statements, and reconciliations with accuracy.

• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and disputed invoices.

• Escalate overdue accounts and liaise with management on potential risks.

• Maintain customer credit applications and records.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Proven accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Pronto.

• A proactive and analytical approach.
