Synergie Australia is seeking a Production Worker (Turnouts) for a well-established national manufacturer providing high-quality concrete solutions to the rail and infrastructure sectors, located in Rockhampton.

The important parts:

  • Day shift – Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
  • $36.25 per hour plus penalties where applicable
  • Immediate start with full training provided

What you will be required to do:

As a Production Worker, you will play a hands-on role in the production process, ensuring high-quality outcomes and safe work practices. Tasks include:

  • Preparing moulds for concrete pouring (cleaning, scraping, applying lubricants, machinery use)
  • Assisting with installation of shoulders and fittings on sleepers
  • Performing manual labour tasks including sweeping and shovelling
  • Supporting quality assurance and control procedures
  • Operating fixed plant machinery (with full training provided)

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Have a reasonable level of physical fitness
  • Be able to show initiative and work independently and in a team
  • Hold a forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Have access to reliable transport to get to work
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
