The Opportunity

Synergie Australia is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Admin Assistant to join our team in Prestons, working from a factory-based site with office space upstairs. This is a 3–6 month temporary role with the view to go permanent for the right person.

You’ll play a key role in supporting internal teams and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site. If you're confident over the phone, have great admin skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment – we want to hear from you!

What’s on Offer

  • $35–$37 per hour + Super

  • Temp-to-perm opportunity

  • Full-time hours: 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm (flexible start times)

  • Free onsite parking

  • Supportive, team-based environment

  • Training provided on internal systems

Your Day-to-Day

  • Providing admin support to 5–10 team members onsite

  • Managing phone and email communications

  • General administrative tasks and ad hoc duties

  • Purchasing, stock counts, and stock management

  • HR record keeping and document maintenance

  • Assisting team members with daily/weekly tasks

  • Following up on outstanding items and calling customers when required

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in an admin or office support role

  • Confident phone manner and ability to follow up with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Outlook (training provided for internal systems)

  • Flexible and positive attitude – willing to assist wherever needed

  • Comfortable working in a factory environment (office located upstairs)

  • Smart casual clothing

  • Steel cap boots + high-vis required

  • Dark clothing preferred (to avoid visible dust/dirt from factory)
