A well-established national manufacturing business is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join their Campbelltown branch. This role will support internal sales and provide high-quality customer service to clients across a range of communication methods.

Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service / Internal Officer for their client located in Campbelltown.
The important parts:
- 8:30am – 5:00pm or 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday
- $37.50 p/hr
- Start Immediately
What you will be required to do:
- Responding to phone, email, and in-person customer enquiries
- Accurate order entry, purchase orders and data processing
- Providing sales and administration support for the external sales team
- Assisting walk-in customers at the trade counter
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up
To be successful in the role you will:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service/internal sales role
- Thrives in a responsive, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy including MS Office (Excel), ERP system SAP experience is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and meet deadlines
- Driver licence and own transport
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
