Synergie Australia is seeking General Labourers to join our trusted client, who specialize in precast concrete molds, for their upcoming projects in Kwinana.
Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45am – 2:30pm (potential overtime if required)
Pay Rate: $37/hr + applicable penalties
Start Date: ASAP
What you will be required to do:

Set up and prepare concrete molds for production

Shovel and handle concrete as required
-
Pick up and move mesh molds around the site

Perform forklift duties if qualified (Forklift License desired but not required)

Assist with general laboring and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all site procedures and safety requirements
To be successful in the role you will:

Be physically fit and able to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks

Demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

Have full working rights in Australia

Be able to complete all pre-employment registration/inductions
-
Potentially be able to complete a pre-employment medical/functional assessment including drug and alcohol screening

Have access to reliable transport to get to the site
