HR Drivers required for a transport company in Cardiff - day shfit 730am-9am starts $45 + per hour

Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced HR Driver for our transport client located in Cardiff (Newcastle area)
The important parts:
- Ongoing day shift work (6–8 hour shifts)
- Start times between 7:30am – 9:00am
- Competitive pay rate of $44 - $45+ per hour
- Temp to perm opportunity for the right
What you will be required to do:
- Palletising and securing loads
- Strapping and ensuring freight is safely secured
- Understanding and applying load restraint requirements
- General transport and delivery duties
- Maintaining safety and compliance at all times
To be successful in the role you will:
- Valid HR Licence
- Strong understanding of load restraint practices
- Experience with palletising and strapping
- Dangerous Goods (DG) awareness
- Ability to drive a Road Ranger gearbox (highly desirable)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
