Synergie is seeking HR Drivers for multiple opportunities within the waste & transport and logistics industries located in Townsville.
The important parts:
- Monday to Friday roles available
- Early morning and day shifts available
- Ongoing opportunities with potential for permanent transition
What you will be required to do:
We are currently recruiting for multiple HR driving roles including rear-lift collection vehicles, local multi-drop delivery, and Hiab truck operation.

Operate HR vehicles safely and efficiently across local routes

Complete multi-drop deliveries and collections
-
Assist with loading and unloading (manual handling required)

Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain vehicle compliance

Work as part of a team while maintaining high safety standards
To be successful in the role you will:

Hold a current HR Licence

Have previous truck driving experience desirable (rear-lift, multi-drop or Hiab highly regarded)

Forklift and/or DG licence desirable (not essential for all roles)

Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

Have full working rights in Australia (Citizenship or Residency)

Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work

Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
