Synergie is seeking multiple Warehouse, Production and Forklift Operators for various leading manufacturing and logistics clients located across Townsville and surrounding areas.
The important parts:
- Shifts Available: Monday to Friday
• 6:00am – 2:30pm
• 7:00am – 4:30pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm (afternoon shift loading) - Pay Rates: $33 – $38 per hour + penalties
- Immediate starts available with ongoing work and pathways to permanency
- Forklift Licence only required for forklift roles (not required for pick/pack or production roles)
Available Positions:
Roles Available:
• Pick Packers (Visa holders welcome!) – Packing, order picking, dispatch, general warehouse duties
• Forklift Operators – LF licence required, load/unload trucks, move pallets safely, stocktake
• Production / Machine Operators – Operate machinery, quality checks, training provided
What you will be required to do:
These roles are hands-on and fast-paced within warehouse, manufacturing, and production environments:
• Picking and packing orders and preparing goods for dispatch
• Operating forklifts (for licensed operators) and moving stock safely
• Operating machinery in production and sheeting mill operations (training provided)
• Loading/unloading trucks and materials handling
• Following safety procedures and meeting daily production targets
To be successful in the role you will:
• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Hold a valid forklift licence (for forklift roles only)
• Be reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn
• Have full working rights in Australia (visa holders eligible for pick packing roles)
• Have access to reliable transport to get to work
