• Monday – Friday – 8am-4.30pm
• Great pay rate
• Temp to perm

What you will be required to do:

We are looking for an ongoing admin assistant with previous experience using SAP/Ariba and experience in purchasing. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented with a background in SAP or a similar system, like MYOB, and can effectively respond to customer inquiries and manage invoicing processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute administrative duties efficiently and accurately.
•  Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism.
•  Manage invoicing processes promptly.
•  Work within SAP/Ariba for purchasing and transport allocation seamlessness
•  Answer phone inquiries and carry out general administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Previous experience working with SAP/Ariba or MYOB for purchasing and transport allocation
• A proven track record in an administrative and customer service role
• Excellent communication skills
