Synergie Australia is seeking an Operations and Fleet Admin in St Mary's office this role is an in office role (NO WFH)
Monday to Friday 7am-3pm paying $39.78ph
Tenure: 6 months
Job Purpose
The Operations and Fleet Admin provides essential administrative support and coordination within the operations team, ensuring accurate data management, efficient scheduling of resources and assets, and streamlined administrative processes to effectively service customers.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
• Perform accurate data entry tasks efficiently.
• Scan and digitally archive relevant documents.
• Manage general filing, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
• Maintenance Coordination:
• Generate and manage Asset Maintenance Work Orders and Purchase Orders in JDE.
• Coordinate closely with the NSW Operations Coordinator to schedule both reactive and preventative maintenance activities.
• Able to review quotes and raise purchase orders, liaise with suppliers,
• Track ongoing costings – reporting monthly costings to the Fleet Manager
Scheduling:
• Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to effectively allocate resources and assets.
• Assist in planning and maintaining schedules to meet customer servicing commitments.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Regularly communicate and liaise between the Fleet Manager, Operations Coordinator, and relevant internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and timely communication regarding scheduling changes, updates, and requirements.
What we are looking for:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Administration & Clerical roles.
• Proficient in SAP(or equivalent), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate across teams.

• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and deadlines.
