Synergie is seeking enthusiastic Assembly/Production Workers to join our team on an ongoing basis with a view for permanency. This role offers hands-on experience in the production sector and a chance to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. If you are ready to bring your keen attention to detail and strong work ethic to our team, this is the opportunity for you!

Pay Rate – $31.19 (including casual loading) + penalties

What's in it for you:

  • Consistent hours – Mon-Fri 1:50pm – 10:00pm (overtime & Saturdays are optional).

Duties & key responsibilities:

  • Work with a team to assemble indoor and outdoor blinds and components.
  • Use hand & power tools.
  • Manually lift & load materials.
  • Contribute to manufacturing processes while adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure impeccable product quality.
  • Maintain a pristine and organised workspace, fostering a safe and productive environment.
  • Collaborate seamlessly and follow instructions from team members to meet daily production targets.
  • Uphold health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of awareness within the plant.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in industrial manufacturing (advantageous).
  • A hands-on work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Commitment to cleanliness and workplace hygiene.
  • Reliability and unwavering dedication to their role within our tight-knit team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
