�� Call Centre Customer Service Representative – 3 Contracts
Location: Brisbane – North
Type: Contract – 3 Months +
Hourly rate: $35.80 per hour plus super
What you’ll do:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and practical solutions
- Rebook missed services efficiently and accurately
- Monitor and respond to shared mailbox communications
- Book and update scheduled services
- Manage service disputes and provide clear resolutions
- Ensure customer records are up to date with new information
What you’ll need:
Essential:
Experience with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable:
- Previous call centre experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
