Synergie is seeking 2 Customer Service Officers at Wingfield, SA.

Our client is Australia's leading total waste management solutions provider. They have been in business for over 50 years, delivering solutions that offer benefits to their customers, communities and the environment. 

Assignment Details

Length of Assignment: 12 months Fixed term Contract

Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Pay rate: ORD $35.80

Position Overview

The Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting the achievement of organisational goals by delivering high-quality administrative support across various business functions. This role ensures efficient operations through timely task completion, data accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
• Advising customers of issues with grease traps (OHS, SW regulations etc)
• Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
• Booking scheduled services
• Dispute resolution
• Updating services with new information (PO’s, Access requirements etc)

Skills & Experience:

• Previous call centre experience and multitasking with all the typical soft skills
• Demonstrated experience working in a corporate or office environment.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
• High attention to details
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
