Synergie Australia is seeking Disability Support Workers for a client dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live happier, more fulfilling lives, providing support both at home and in the community.

What you will be required to do:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide essential assistance that enables clients to maintain independence and dignity. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personal care such as showering, toileting, and dressing
  • Assisting with mobility using hoists and slide sheets
  • Administering medications and following health protocols
  • Supporting clients with community access and social activities
  • Performing domestic duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Hold current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Hold a Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • Hold a Class C driver’s licence and Blue Card
  • Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others
  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Have access to reliable transport to attend shifts
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety and client dignity in every task
