Synergie has Partnerd with a leading provider in steel processing and galvanising, and we’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand with a current forklift license to join our busy team in Yagoona.

About the Role:

This hands-on role involves general factory duties, forklift operation, and assisting in the galvanising process. It’s perfect for someone who is physically fit, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
Previous factory, warehouse, or labouring experience (preferred)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
A team player with a positive attitude
Strong focus on workplace safety and procedures

Your Duties Will Include:

Operating a forklift to move steel and materials
Loading and unloading trucks
strapping & Bundling steel
using hand and power tools
Assisting with steel preparation and handling
General factory housekeeping and support tasks
Following all WHS protocols and company procedures
