Synergie is seeking a Forklift Labourers for our Leading Waste Management company located in St Marys.

The important parts:

Days & Hours: 5 Days – 8am to 4pm – potential for OT + Weekend work
Pay rate: ORD 37.08p/h
Looking for immediate start

What you will be required to do:

A Summary of the role

Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport medical liquid waste containers and bins
Ensure proper handling and segregation of different waste streams according to safety regulations
Assist in the decontamination, packaging, and storage of liquid waste
Assist with manual loading/unloading and waste handling
Support general labourer duties such as lifting, sorting, and facility upkeep
Able to lift up to 25kg unassisted

Ideal Candidate:

Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work
Able to consistently show up to work
Ability to complete repetitive, mundane tasks
Commitment to safety
Self-motivated
