Synergie is seeking a Labourer for a respected construction company located in Belair.

What We Offer:

  • 14 days on / 14 days off roster – excellent work-life balance

  • DIDO – Leaving from the site depot in Belair, must be in Adelaide

  • Transport provided to and from site

  • All meals and accommodation included 

  • 10-hour shifts – 14 days on

  • Flat rate of $450 per day

  • Consistent and ongoing work with a strong team

Your Responsibilities:

  • General labouring duties to support construction activities

  • Site cleanup and material handling

  • Civil works, fencing, general labour/site cleans

  • Operate HR trucks and excavators (if licenced)

  • Following all WHS procedures and company policies

  • Assisting trades and other site personnel as required

Requirements:

  • MUST be located in Adelaide 

  • White Card (Construction Induction) – essential

  • Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred

  • Previous experience in civil works ideal

  • HR licence and Excavator ticket highly advantageous (not essential)

  • Ability to work in remote locations

  • Reliable, punctual, and physically fit

  • Able to work safely and follow instructions on site
