Machine Operator – Laser & Kinetic Machines (Afternoon Shift)
Location: Carrington, NSW

Synergie has partnered with a highly respected manufacturer and processor of steel products, servicing the civil, construction, and industrial sectors. Due to consistent growth, we are seeking Machine Operators with laser and kinetic machine experience to join their Carrington-based team on Afternoon Shift.

Key Responsibilities

Operating laser and kinetic cutting machines for steel processing
Utilising overhead cranes to load and move steel materials
Manual handling of products (up to 20kg)
Maintaining safe work practices and general housekeeping
Collaborating with a close knit team to meet production goals

Essential Criteria

Previous machine operating experience, especially with laser or kinetic machines (advantageous)
Forklift Licence (essential)
Overhead crane experience (advantageous)
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Reliable with strong work ethic and communication skills
Own reliable transport

What We Offer

Immediate start with consistent 40-hour work weeks
Afternoon shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm
