Synergie Australia is seeking experienced Pick Packers to join a fast-paced and supportive team based in Hemmant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and thrives in a team environment.

The important parts:

• Shifts: Morning and afternoon shifts available
• Pay rate: $31–$34 per hour + super, paid weekly
• Start: Immediate start for the right candidate

What you will be required to do:

• You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Perform manual handling and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Contribute positively to a team-focused environment

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have previous pick packing or warehouse experience
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Have strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team
• Have full Australian working rights
• Have access to reliable transport to get to work
