Synergie Australia is seeking a Roller Operator for Local Government located in Georgetown

The important parts:

The roles will be 9 days on and 5 days off – DIDO of Cairns.
Paid travel to site – make money from the minute you hit the road
Klm allowance paid
Remote camp accommodation provided – more details to be provided.
Plenty of overtime – get rewarded for your time away
Starting 26^th August,2025

What you will be required to do:

You will be operating a Roller to upgrade remote roads around the Etheridge Shire.

To be successful in the role you will:

Proven experience operating rollers (ticket required)
Civil construction experience required
You will have a white card
Willing and able to work away from home for extended periods
Capable of traveling independently to site
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Have working rights in Australia
Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
