Saw Operator / Machine Operator

Synergie is seeking a Saw Operator / Machine Operator for a leading manufacturer located in Dry Creek.

These are ongoing roles with a strong view to permanency, offering hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate – $31.19 per hour (including casual loading) + penalties

What’s on offer:

• Consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 5:50am – 2:00pm
• Overtime available, paid at penalty rates (including optional Saturdays)
• Long-term opportunities with view to permanency

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate saw machinery and accurately enter measurements
• Perform manual handling, lifting, and moving of materials
• Use hand and power tools when required
• Follow operating procedures to maintain quality standards
• Keep work areas tidy and safe at all times
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
• Accuracy with measurements and strong attention to detail
• Physically fit and capable of safe manual handling
• Reliable and committed to teamwork
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
