Synergie is seeking an Experienced Pick Packer for a global leader in supply chain solutions, proudly supporting some of the world’s biggest quick-service restaurant brands, located in Gepps Cross.

Due to continued growth and increasing operational demands, we are now seeking highly experienced Pick Packer to join their fast-paced, dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • Accurately pick and pack orders in a fast-moving warehouse
  • Work in cold storage and freezer environments (this is a must)
  • Physically hands-on role with manual handling involved

To Be Considered, You Must Have:

  • Proven warehouse or pick packing experience – this is essential
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
  • Comfort and reliability in cold storage environments
  • A team-first attitude with a strong work ethic and punctuality

Please note: This role is strictly for experienced candidates only. If you do not have relevant warehouse or pick packing experience, your application will not be considered.
