Synergie Australia is seeking a Chiller Storeperson for one of Australia’s largest ready meal company is seeking a Chiller Storeperson located in Arndell Park.

Storeperson / Warehouse Operator

Shift: 5:00 AM start, full-time

Environment: Cold storage facility (Chiller 0–5°C, occasional freezer work at -18°C)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts (30–40% of the role).

  • Perform manual warehouse tasks including counting, scanning, sorting, and lifting boxes up to 20kg.

  • Handle raw materials (vegetables, beef, chicken, pork, and lamb) safely and hygienically.

  • Conduct cycle counts and stock takes with high attention to accuracy.

  • Use RF scanners and maintain records within SAP or similar warehouse management systems.

  • Work efficiently in a compact warehouse environment, ensuring safety and productivity standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG warehousing or distribution.

  • Comfortable working in cold environments (majority of work in chiller, occasional freezer).

  • Current forklift licence with proven high reach and counterbalance experience.

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physically fit and capable of frequent lifting up to 20kg.

  • Basic SAP knowledge and RF scanning experience preferred.
