Synergie is seeking a Utility All Rounder for pour client who is a a trusted provider of essential services to remote mining villages located in Port Augusta.

(This position is open to candidates residing in South Australia only)

Due to continued growth and demand, we’re seeking reliable and hardworking All Rounder Utilities to join the team on a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) basis from Adelaide Airport

About the Role:

Working across different departments in remote village settings, your duties may include:

Housekeeping & Cleaning

  • Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces
  • Replenish supplies and maintain a hygienic environment
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform general cleaning tasks

Kitchen & Dining Services

  • Assist with food prep and kitchen hand duties
  • Provide customer service in dining and bar areas
  • Keep food stations and drink dispensers stocked and clean

Grounds & Maintenance

  • Mow lawns, weed gardens, and operate machinery (whipper snipper, hedge trimmer)
  • Support site upkeep and general maintenance tasks

What You’ll Need:

  • Willing and able to work a FIFO roster from Adelaide
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and obtain police clearance
  • Strong team attitude, adaptability, and readiness to work across departments
  • Physically fit and able to work in a remote, fast-paced environment
