Synergie is seeking Warehouse and Logistics Operatives for some of Australia’s largest national logistics and warehouse companies located in Townsville.

The important parts:

• Immediate start – start earning fast

• Consistent casual shifts with variety across multiple client sites

• Supportive team environment in fast-paced operations

What you will be required to do:

Work across different client sites performing hands-on warehouse and logistics tasks, keeping operations efficient and safe. Depending on the site, duties may include:

• Loading/unloading freight (up to 20kg)

• Sorting parcels by destination and pick packing

• Operating forklifts

• Stacking pallets, labelling, or assisting on production lines

• Following safety and compliance procedures

• Keeping the workplace tidy and efficient

To be successful in the role you will:

• Be physically fit and safety-conscious

• Be reliable and punctual

• Be comfortable working in a warehouse/freight environment

• Pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen (police check may apply)

• Forklift licence or warehouse experience – highly regarded but not essential

• Have working rights in Australia

• Have access to reliable transport and the ability to get to work

• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
