Synergie is seeking a Yard Hand / Installer for a construction company, located in wingfield.

We are seeking a dedicated Rigger/Trades Assistant to join our team on an ongoing basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and removal of propping to support site structures and equipment.
  • Assist in site preparation and planning to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare equipment for safe and effective use on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to pass an instant drug & alcohol test upon successful interview.
  • Previous hands-on experience as a Trades Assistant or similar role in the construction sector.
  • A valid White Card and driver's license.
  • Full Australian working rights with no limitations on work hours or duration of stay in Australia.
  • Rail Industry Worker and High Risk LF tickets are advantageous.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and operate effectively within a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining high safety standards in all working environments.
