Synergie Australia is seeking Warehouse Operators for one of our long-standing and trusted clients based at their warehouse in Jandakot.

What you will be required to do:
We are looking for experienced and reliable Warehouse Operators across a variety of functions including Forklift Driving, Storeperson duties, and Container Unloading.
Your duties may include:
- Safe operation of forklifts (counterbalance and/or high reach)
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
- Manual handling and general warehouse labouring
- Stock control and inventory management
- RF scanning (where applicable)
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Participating in toolbox talks and promoting a strong safety culture
To be successful in the role you will:
- Have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Hold a valid forklift licence (LF/LO) – highly desirable
- Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability
- Possess good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Have a positive attitude towards safety and teamwork
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have reliable transport and the ability to get to Jandakot daily
- Be flexible with working hours when required
