Pay Rate: $35.16/hr + penalties
Hours: 5:30am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday (Overtime possible)
About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable Machine Operators to join a leading Australian steel framing manufacturer in Edinburgh. This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong potential for permanency.
You will be operating machinery used to produce steel framing components for residential construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently
- Load materials and components into machines as required
- Perform regular quality checks and adjust machinery to meet production standards
- Follow work instructions, production plans, and safety procedures accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit candidates capable of repetitive tasks
- Motivated, reliable, and hands-on team players
- Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or production is a plus, but training is provided
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
